Solution and Innovation Skills

Leuphana Digital School's Mentored Open Online Course "Solution and Innovation Skills," led by Hon.-Prof Dr Peer Ederer, was held from October to December 2014 with participants from around the world taking part in this unique online learning experience.

"Solution and Innovation Skills" took up the topic of innovation. Participants learned how to discover and innovate towards their success in professional as well as in real life challenges. Distinguished academics and experts teamed up to present their latest research results and insights around the topics of innovation and Complex Problem Solving.

The course was developed conjunctly with Zeppelin University and the EU-funded research project “LLLightinEurope”. Researchers from institutions such as the Harvard Business School, the MIT Media Lab, the Harvard Kennedy School, the University of Luxembourg, the Wageningen University and the TIAS School for Business and Society in the Netherlands also helped to develop the ideas for this course.

After successful completion of the course, participants had the option of obtaining a university certificate worth 5 Credit Points (ECTS), which they may transfer towards their own degree program.
